Reservation and Cancellation Policies

  • Unfortunately, all room charges are subject to three taxes (it pains us too): 
    • Goods and Services Tax (GST) -- 5%

    • Provincial Hotel Room Tax -- 4%

    • Tourism Tax -- 2%

  • A 50% deposit (or one night, whichever is greatest) is required for all reservations. The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or money order in Canadian funds.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 (+ GST) cancellation fee. However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit, all changes or cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Group reservations are limited to 4 rooms or less unless arranged by telephone
  • We have a two (2) night minimum stay - Any one (1) night stays that we might accept are subject to a $10 plus tax surcharge. Please call for single night booking requests
  • There is a minimum 3 night stay over the Christmas/New Year season
  • All prices are based on single or double occupancy - additional persons $15.each
  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
  • Check-In Time: 4 to 6:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
