Policies

The fastest and easiest way to reserve and/or check availability (24 hours per day, 7 days a week) is to use our secure online reservations system.

You can reserve by telephone between the hours of 9:00AM and 8:00PM Mountain Standard Time – just call 1-403-762-5134.

 

  • You must “agree” to the policies before submitting the request
  • If you are booking more than one room, the system requires that you make separate submissions for each.
  • The system does not allow bookings for more than 21 nights — please contact us by telephone or email for reservations of this length.
  • A 50% deposit (or one night, whichever is greatest) is required for all reservations. The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 (+ GST) cancellation fee. However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit, all changes or cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Group reservations are limited to 4 rooms or less unless arranged by telephone
  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
  • Check-In Time: 4 to 6:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Our online reservation system may block any reservation requests that do not meet the policy requirements. Please call with any special requests.
